  45. I bought a neat little VLF receiver at a swap meet this past weekend.
  46. I would like to identify it since all identification was missing.
  47. Here is a description...perhaps someone out there knows this thing:

  49. Frequency range:  3KHz-420KHz (yes...I that's right 3KHz!)
  50. Size: 9"w x 5.5"h x 6.5"d
  51. Power: 28 volts < 100 mA 
  52. Modes: AM/USB/LSB
  53. S meter in upper right hand corner
  54. Solid state ..TO-5 transistors mainly.

  57. It's a cute radio and has two good crystal filters. Apparently
  58. it has a 500KHz i.f. and is a single conversion RX 
  59. with xtal controlled BFO for USB/LSB.
